Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on fresh flowers. However, if your flowers do not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Policy

Fresh Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Non-Perishable Items: If you are not satisfied with your non-perishable item, you may return it for a refund or store credit, provided it is in its original condition.
Process for Returns and Refunds To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

For non-perishable items, send the item back to us at 169 Rangiuru Rd, Otaki.

Exceptions Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or does not meet the specifications of your order.
